I think about a woman/ not a specific one/ but someone who has faced all her challenges in life. She lives in a rural holler in Kentucky or a patch of land in West Virginia. And a hedge fund manager residing in New York City/ whose parking space in his luxury apartment building was purchased for half a million dollars. A bargain. Both have sons who are addicted to the same drug. And both are dealing with the ramifications of a daughter who was assaulted. They each love animals and a specific river. Of course the hedge fund manager has seemingly unlimited funds to help his children. And can organize or demand a clean up of his favorite trout fishing stream. She can desperately look for government aid to help her family and watch as the river near her home gets more toxic by the day. They are more alike than not. #dsot
