Crime Upon Crime

Cruel. Illegal. Unconstitutional. Inhumane.

But at least they are morons. Excuse me, idiots.  Brain challenged.  Very very dumb. I refer to the Trump Administration.  Where to begin.

The sightly benign.  Trump has added his name to the Kennedy Center.  Tacky/pathetic and ridiculous yes.  And the font that was used in the new signage doesn't match .  But in the scheme of things this is relatively harmless.  The Center will return to the original name at the same time we welcome back sanity.  Only Congress can change the nomenclature on federal monuments and institutions.  Clearly, unconstitutional. However, in the few short months Trump has been in charge, ticket sales have plummeted.  Thus his name is actually fitting.  It is hard to imagine people travelling to DC to see Kid Rock or Scot Bao perform.  So an ongoing decline in revenue. These acts have cancelled with many more to come.  

Also, please continue to say Gulf of Mexico and Department of Defense. And Greenland belongs to Denmark.

Trump loves tariffs.  Doesn't understand them but he is a huge fan.  The rest of the country sees higher prices everywhere. Rising inflation. Massive trade losses. Trump continues to lie about the economy.  But different regions and industries will be affected specifically.  To just cite 2 examples: Farmers are getting billions of dollars in bailout money. 

And Jim Beam has announced that they are not producing any product for a year at one of their distilleries.   One would think the need for alcohol would geyser now but the stoppage is related to the tariffs.  To quote noted political commentator Groucho Marx: who are you going to believe: me or your lying eyes. ?

Technically not the administration formerly but for all intents and purposes she is.  Bari Weiss pulled a 60 Minutes segment on the prison in El Salvador that basically just offers torture and no hope.  The US is sending a wide range of people there, without a reason, a trial or judicial approval.  Most of the people exiled at Cecot are not from that country.  The  TV news segment had been carefully reviewed and checked internally. Weiss spiked the piece saying there needed to be an official rebuttal.  She even supplied Stephen Miller's phone number.  Um Bari- in actual journalism, the addition of the statement describing that so and so refused to comment is all that is required. Asked and answered.  Anyway before Weiss acted, the segment on Cecot  was broadcast in Canada.  And is now available all over the internet.  Boosted by her actions to a massive audience.  Kudos to the new Editor in Chief, formerly home of Eward R. Murrow and countless dedicated journalists.  You have proven simultaneously to be a littlespitte puppet to the Trump regime and geometrically increased the audience for a news segment you wanted to disappear. 

The DOJ was ordered to release the Epstein files 30 days after Congress acted.  Pam Bondi and Kash Patel are so incompetent that firstly, only a fraction of the information was presented. An illegal and impeachable action.

Yet, very damning evidence of Trump remained.  Plus many files that were scrubbed could easily be restored.  In their defense, even though hundreds of FBI agents were deleting Trump from this material, that wasn't enough to even start removing him completely.

A non-doctor, non-scientist, former heroin addict is in charge of Health and Human Services.  In conjunction with a heartless GOP congress barely there majority, the country is dropping to third world level health care.  And the cases of measles continue to rise.

MAGA folks wanting a fig leaf of humanity kept saying that Trump would only deport criminals.  Well, he isn't deporting anyone.  That takes a crime,a trial, a verdict and a return to the country of origin. (This cannot be repeated enough.) ICE is just snatching up people of darker hues shall we say, off the street. Their actions include handcuffing children and pushing grandmothers to the ground.  Some are citizens.  Of this country.  Many are undertaking the arduous task of becoming US citizens.Most have not committed any crimes.There is no rule of law.  And there seems to be more criminals in ICE than among the people they are hunting for their daily quota.  Now inre his so-called most popular issue, the president is under water.

Down to the Caribbean.  There is no evidence that the people who Trump and Hegseth, Secretary of the Department of Defense, are killing are transporting drugs.  In fact, it is becoming clear that fishermen in that region are being murdered.  So, 1- they commit war crimes on top of war crimes. And 2. admit they want the oil. 

Please lie better.  Susie Wiles met with the editors of Vanity Fair 11 times.  A photographer took formal pictures.  Wiles made some fairly obvious comments about Trump and others.  When confronted with that rare bit of honesty,

she cried that she thought it was all off-the record.  Again, not how actual journalism works. Also Ms. Leavitt and JD, if the camera lens is just inches from your face, the pictures are not going to be great.  Marco- you were literally bowing your head in shame. Seriously. folks

Look this up online....  

January 6....Numerous investigations have proven that Al Gore won the Presidency in 2000.   Trump can't even steal an election. (He was so sloppy, and inept...Even Cheney's daughter objected) Or successfully overthrow and invalidate a legitimate election result.  

And pardoning the rioters wholesale but not expecting a lot of more crimes from these folks.  Many already had criminal records. 

I would like some of that Jim Beam whiskey...
